The 2021 Bo’ness Revival sponsored by Cask 88 crosses the finish line! A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the Revival happen this year, sometimes even when it felt like it was against the odds.
A massive thanks to all of the drivers who entered, without whom there is no Revival, and all of those who support the entrants to let them compete.
As always, we all owe every marshal at Bo’ness and every other motorsport event a huge cheer and thank you because they are the absolute backbone of motorsport. Without them, none of us can race or spectate at the events we love. They’re all too modest to say it or think it, but they are our orange-clad superheroes!
A big thank you to all of the officials, MUK staff, safety and recovery crews who help us run Bo’ness Revival in a safe, efficient way.
Thanks also to all you who came along and spectated – when we started planning the 2021 event we didn’t even know if we’d be allowed there, never mind spectators, so thanks for sticking with us!
We also owe a great, big thank to you everyone at Monklands Sporting Car Club for hosting the 2021 Revival and making us so welcome. Forrestburn is a brilliant track and all of the competitors thoroughly enjoyed themselves. If you’ve not driven there, get yourself entered for an event in 2022!
Lastly, an enormous thank you to everyone at our generous and ever jovial sponsor Cask 88. You are an absolute dream to work with and have been so kind and helpful in the run-up to the Revival and over the weekend. If anyone has still to order their bottle of the Cask 88 Revival whisky, get a move on as they are shifting fast and are sure to be a collector’s item with Colin McLachlan’s superb Moose Austin Seven special on the label!
Thank you one and all. Now, planning for the 2022 Bo’ness Revival begins – see you there!
